We as humans, we always have tendency of knowing what’s best for us but we end up ignoring it. I am no different from the rest. However, I strive to stick to a routine that I believe and know to be beneficial in the long run. Working out is not easy as they make it seem to be on paper, it requires discipline and  dedication. I know you thinking, what about motivation. Haha, spoiler alert, you do not need motivation to get things done, that is if you have a goal. With that said, let us shallowly examine working out, the why, where, and how.

It has been proven to stimulate arousal in women, at the same time avoiding men the shame of erectile dysfunction. To top it up, staying physically active boosts your energy levels and mood. Lastly, there is a saying that goes, men do not need therapy, they need heavy lifting.

Some people prefer to exercise at home, using equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a treadmill.
